Pros: This property was new to booking.com and a last minute find. The property was spacious and immaculately presented. The location was ideal for all the pleasures of Aberaeron. This property is not suited for those with impaired mobility. Access was easy via key safe. The views from each room were superb.

Cons: The stairs are steep which makes it difficult for night toileting and not suitable for people with poor mobility
