Pros: the flat, its location, facilities...all beyond expectations The property was fabolous, amazing, absolutely great!

Cons: nothing there not to like....

Thoroughly enjoyable, would recommend the flat to anyone and stay there again without hesitation.

A wonderful place to stay to enjoy Aberystwyth

Pros: Amazing ocean views, fantastic location, easy access, comfortable beds, and a welcome pack that we greatly appreciated, as we arrived on a Sunday evening after all shops had closed. The place is wonderfully decorated with Aberystwyth images and posters, there are plenty of interesting titles on the bookshelves providing good information about the history of this beach town. There were some DVDs there as well, but we had no time for TV so we didn't even turn it on. The place felt really cozy and extremely nice. We were sad to leave it.

Cons: The stove's pilot spark seems to have stopped working, and there were few matches to use, so we had to buy our own the next day. But this is just a minimal thing. Everything else worked perfectly well. There is a humidity spot in one of the rooms facing the sea that is making the paint flake and fall. It looks like the owners have done their best to fix it, but I guess it is a difficult one to tackle.

Beautiful flat in an excellent location

Pros: The location of the apartment is superb and the flat is beautifully furnished with great attention to practical details. We felt really comfortable during our week there and enjoyed the view from the window, including a dolphin or two. The nearby visitor car park had reasonable long-stay rates.

Pros: The Apartments location was great. The beach over the road. Parking outside on the road. It does get busy but if you keep trying you'll find somewhere. Was well equipped and very clean. Comfy beds too.

Great little apartment in a great location.

Pros: Great location, quiet with parking outside. Great facilities, clean and tidy with a lovely welcome pack.

Lovely comfortable flat excellent location

Pros: The accommodation is very comfortable and the hosts were generous with the breakfast provisions and entertainment options

Cons: Being required to vacate the property by 10am. This would not be a problem except guests are required to do a lot of the housekeeping beforehand. 11am would allow a more relaxed departure. If we come for another stay in the future, and we may well do, i would request this.

Pros: Great location. Most of the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view of the sea and promenade are fabulous.

Cons: The window frames and windows were not as clean as they could have been and were quite simply dirty in the twin bedroom. The seat of the armchair in the bay window has collapsed, making it very low. Due to the volume of cars wanting to park, the on street parking was very limited, even in March.

Location with a view

Pros: Location was lovely overlooking the sea and seeing harbour porpoise.

Cons: Areas of the apartment weren't the cleanest. Bathroom, some cutlery and some pots. No protective covers under bedsheets, and some of pillows. You are asked to remove bed covers at the end of stay, which then highlights the stains on the mattress.
