Cons: I would have been grateful if they told us that the outdoor jacuzzi was for share and not attached to one of the property. I would have loved to enjoy that.

Pros: Location very central ,comfortable bed ,very quiet. Tastefully decorated. Ladies at Four seasons hotel were helpful.

Cons: No smart TV,parking bit chaotic. Picking up keys not clear ,no response from manager after we text him ,had to phone again.Not mentioned from Booking .com we had to go to local hotel .Maybe better to have safe lock .

Perfect accomadation, absolutely loved it.

Pros: We had no instruction as to how to get the key and no contact details. We arrived at 10pm and couldn’t access the property until 11pm We were worried we had been scammed as there was no instructions and no contact mobile number and the number given had an answerphone. Very stressful!!!! Thought we would have to sleep in our vehicle for the night!

Fabulous apartment in great location, but check in experience not great

Pros: I originally booked to stay in apartment 3E, but upon check in was told I was staying in apartment 2 which was actually a very nice upgrade because it was bigger and had more amenities. The apartment itself was very warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. Not to mention it's in a great location which is nice and quiet but also very close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk), the train station and the town centre. It's definitely value for money and I'd love to stay again.

Cons: The check in experience could have been a lot better. It got to the day before check in and I still hadn't been given any info as to how to get the keys to the apartment, so I messaged Cottages.Com who told me to contact the owner directly and gave me their mobile number. After contacting the owner multiple times over the next two days, I received no reply at all and was starting to panic that I was going to have nowhere to stay once I arrived. In the end I didn't get any contact telling me where to collect the keys until approximately 7pm on the check in day, it was actually lucky that my train had been delayed! Better contact from the host/owner regarding check in is sorely needed, but other than that everything else was fab.
