Spotlessly clean, well equiped, comfortable, great location. Plus dark skies for stargazing.

Pros: Perfect. Spotlessly clean, well equiped, comfortable, orchard (lovely apples), opening onto views over the Mawddach estuary. Plus dark skies for star gazing. Great location for walking. Useful ferry from Barmouth harbour across to Fairbourne.

Relaxing break in nature

Pros: Property was private and peaceful with parking space right outside. Gardens were beautiful with estuary and wonderful views just beyond the garden gate. Lots of areas to sit outside and relax under shady trees Felt immersed in nature. It was very hot weather when I stayed so the thick stone walls of this lovely little barn conversion offered a welcome cooling environment. Very relaxing place to stay-will definitely book again!

Pros: If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy retreat away from the hustle and bustle, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cons: Will be nice if they provide tea and coffee on arrival

Lovely property in a lovely location with everything we needed.

Pros: Good location to Barmouth and surrounding area, the property itself was really nice and had everything we needed. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived with plenty of towels and a spare quilt etc…. We had good communication from the owner before, during and after our visit.

Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like. The only thing which is just a small thing, would be a cover for the kitchen door window.

Pros: The views of the River Mawdacch and access to it from the back gate, meant we could take the paddleboard out directly and safely onto the river at high tide and enjoy the beautiful scenery without driving anywhere. The property location was so convenient for getting into Barmouth town and also a fairly quick journey into Bala for the watersports available there. All in all great value and a comfy cosy place to stay for a couple.

Peaceful and loved the wildlife

Pros: Lovely little cottage studio. Clean and tidy in a nice place.

Cons: I was just a bit disappointed that we couldn't really get to the estuary from this location
