Great Apartment with parking, lift and comfort but some arrival issues.
Pros: The whole apartment was well thought through and of good quality. Once one had the access routine cracked it was routine. The lift was a real bonus for people with poor stair climbing ability. A private car park in Shrewsbury also greatly appreciated.
Cons: The lack of a street name on the address on Booking.com paperwork and also a post code not recognised by GPS was a major issue in getting to the apartment at the start. We also struggled with the key box as it did not open easily after putting in the code. We also could not get the wifi to work on the guest site and had to use Apartment 6 with the other code. Once all this was sorted it was a great place to stay. The 8 rating would have been a 10 without these issues,

Perfect for exploring Shrewsbury and Shropshire hills
Pros: Stayed with friends in this lovely apartment. Location was perfect, 5 minute walk into centre of town. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Perfect set up for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and both with ensuite. Hosts were responsive to messages and sent clear arrival instructions. It was really helpful to have videos online to show us how to work the oven and induction. Parking was simple too, space for one car and other car parked for free on street within easy walking distance. We loved the apartment and we were able to easily drive to Ironbridge and Bridgnorth
Cons: Minor issues -Kettle needs replacing as lid doesn't pop open, wall clock not working and would have been helpful to have a hand towel in downstairs loo. Mattress in main bedroom could perhaps do with an upgrade

A lovely couple of nights at a bitterly cold weekend in Nov. Wish we had longer.
Pros: Warm, comfortable, well furnished, well equipped, good location and parking
Cons: The main bed only has one bedside table. A bedside table for glasses, phone and water is essential - 2 small tables instead of a larger one on one side? The shower/bath in 2nd bathroom could do with an extra handle as you have to climb in a the end as the shower screen is inflexible

Great flat in a good location, ideal place for friends to catch up
Pros: The location was brilliant. Nicely laid out. Very modern and clean and tidy.
Cons: Just a couple of little things. To make it more luxurious, have shower gel in the bathrooms. A Bluetooth speaker would have been good.

Very comfortable but beware of hidden costs.
Pros: The location was fantastic, very walkable to pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions, gardens and the river. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was a good size.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that once we had booked and paid for the accommodation, we received an email stating we had to pay more to verify our identity which was not transparent in the original booking. At this point we could not cancel our booking as it was not refundable.

A lovely apartment for our weekend catch up with family.
Pros: The property is so convenient for town abx right by the river. It is fitted out to a very high standard and is extremely clean. There was everything we needed for our weekend break. The two bedrooms have very modern ensuite bathrooms one with a bath and shower and the other a huge shower. The host sent a very comprehensive handbook to download so it was easy to work everything. There is a nice outside/ balcony space which would be lovely if the weather was fine - which it wasn't! The apartment was extremely quiet.
Cons: Nothing - except we couldn't find a chopping board!

Spacious and stylish in Shrewbury
Pros: Very spacious and overall comfortable, it was a last minute bargain for us to stay over for the Let’s Rock weekend. Having a bathroom each was a treat. Would consider using again if we got it at the right price.
Cons: The apartment has high ceilings which resulted in it being really stuffy despite the fans. The stairs up the bedrooms are very steep.
