Fabulous B&B in an idyllic location.

Pros: Great place to stay, just a short walk to beautiful quiet beaches perfect for swimming. Communication and directions excellent, very friendly host and 3 lovely alpacas. Fresh breakfast eggs provided by the hens. Perfect for nature lovers. Super comfy bed and the room was spotless. Highly recommended and I hope to return.

Cons: Nothing other than that I'd have liked to have stayed longer.

Outstanding New Quay Getaway

Pros: Our trip to New Quay was made extra special by staying in beautiful Five Oaks. The room and house were so lovely, clean ,comfortable and inviting. The acres of land it sits in is stunning and we were delighted to be shown around and to meet the delightful resident alpacas. Josh was an amazing host; nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel very welcome. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area and it was so lovely to spend time talking to him about it. We learnt so much! We didn’t get to meet Fran but looking forward to that on our next visit which we are already planning. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Great hospitality and stunning scenery, the perfect spot

Pros: I had a fantastic time at Five Oaks B&B. The location is simply beautiful – tucked away in a peaceful, green setting yet just a short walk from the beach and New Quay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the surroundings are perfect for anyone who enjoys nature and tranquillity. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear they put real care into making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with great hospitality and stunning scenery, this is the perfect spot.

A beautiful place for a quiet get away.

Pros: It is in an absolute beautiful location. Very peaceful. A short walk from the beach. The host is very obliging nothing is too much trouble.

Cons: The en-suite bath/shower was unusual. It was tricky to use a handheld shower. Ideally a shower unit would be better perhaps something the hosts may consider altering in the future.
