Nice size for a family n nice and local to village and beach

Pros: Straight forward check in nice n warm, good location ideal for what we needed

Pros: Everything was great. Nice outdoor area to sit. Living area is relaxing. Good value for money for a last minute trip.

Cons: Mattress in double bed could be more firm.

Pros: It was clean good quality bed linen and towels The caravan interior high standard And the toiletries and coffee, milk tea a very nice touch

Great lil break in a cosy caravan The

Pros: Great location, quiet park, pet friendly, lovely woodland walk just up from the on-site shop. Close to the Borth Nisa shop, and not far to explore the rest of Borth, Ynyslas, and the coastal path to Aberystwyth. Caravan has all you need, TV, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas cooker, powerful shower, iron and board, hoover, mop, hairdryer, selection of teas and coffee, fully stocked kitchen, pots, plates, bowls, cutlery and even a dog bowl!

Cons: WiFi was a bit too complicated for me to figure out. The outdoor rattan deck seating needs replacing as it's not really safe to sit on.

Perfect stay

Pros: The caravan was like a home from home, the little touches thru out were perfect. The accommodation was spotless and beds very comfy we really want to thank the owners as this made our honeymoon perfect, we couldn't have asked for more. Everything was thought of towels, childrens cup and cutlery to pet bowls. Thank you

Chilled and spacious.

Pros: The accommodation was very spacious. I loved the little touch’s in there. And right next to the beach.

Cons: There were a couple of little things but I would say they were an issue really as you can expect little things from wear and tear from renting a static out. I thought it was lovely. Xx

Pros: It was a very nice stay was easy and straight forward and clean

Costa Del Borth!!

Pros: The location was ideal. Amenities on site were handy. Nice restaurant on site and others in town. Not too far into main towns and a handy doggy beach.

Cons: I have sent an email regarding issues that need attending to. Nothing major to spoil our holiday but I feel there's some problems that need sorting out.
