Pros: It was very cosy and the view through the window as you lay in bed was spectacular- the hills with their thin covering of snow, in the ever changing light.
Cons: I would have loved a little table and chair inside the hut as it was too cold to sit outside! But I realised that there wasn't enough room....

Second visit, lovely little hut
Pros: My second time staying here. There are lots of pros. The location is great, short walk into town and lots of easy accessible hikes. Free parking and clean accommodation. The hut is at the top of steps high up in a back garden and feels private enough due to the level it’s on and the bushes. Its small kitchenette is really useful, particularly having a fridge and microwave to make basic meals and save a bit of money. The little heater works wonders (I stayed when it was 2 degrees and wasn’t cold inside with it on) Good value, and great views of the hills from the windows/summer hut. Hosts were nice and messages to check all was okay (although I didn’t see it until leaving!)
Cons: Having stayed twice now there were just some pointers to help anyone else booking. Firstly, both times I have stayed, when I arrived the hut was still being cleaned. I had given a rough arrival of 4pm and arrived at 330pm. This was slightly earlier than I’d said, but check in time is listed on the booking as from 2pm, so I do think it should be ready from then. Journeys can sometimes be quicker/longer than expected, so if you’d like to be flexible I’d advise not giving an arrival time or saying you will be arriving at 2pm to avoid being caught short. I could wait in the summer hut but it would have been nice to have comforts after a long drive. Not the owners fault but on both stays I have heard the next door neighbour (older male voice) very late at night in the garden, drunk and shouting. The first time I thought it was a one off, but since it has happened again this time I thought worth a mention. I don’t think there’s much the owner can do, but it did unnerve me slightly as a solo female.

A pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Pros: The hut was very cosy and located in the privacy of a fairly large garden with lovely views. The equipment within the accommodation was good and overall we really enjoyed our stay at this location.
Cons: Nothing of any significance.

A great little place to return to after long days working.
Pros: The closeness to where we needed to be and the snug retreat to return to.
Cons: Bed was a little small for us but we are tall and wide!

Pros: Quiet little place away from hustle and bussle. Just a short walk into church stretton and close enough to shrewsbury and Ludlow.
Cons: The bed was a little soft for us but other than that all was good.

Highly recommend
Pros: Views were fantastic. Hut was near and clean with a great shower and a comfortable bed. Heating available if you got cold. No room inside the hut to eat but this was almost a boon as there were table and chairs outside to encourage one to eat in the open air and enjoy the view. And if the weather was not brill there was the most beautiful summer house to cosy up into with a table to eat or drink at and blankets to be cosy and stunning mountain side views. I sat and watched the stars in the evening. Very peaceful. Really enjoyed my stay thanks.
Cons: Bring a hair dryer if you need one🙂
