Luxury Wood Lodge with sauna

Peaceful quiet getaway

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lodge, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The lodge itself was beautifully maintained, with cozy and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home.

Cons: I don’t really have a negative thing to say

Pros: Cabin itself is really lovely and location is excellent. Amenities and facilities provided in the cabin were superb also. We had a lovely time here between the two of us.

Cons: Only possible complaints are the back door doesn't have an exclusion cover and the back garden isn't fully isolated due to the driveway meaning we couldn't just let our dog out alone, but these are very minor complaints.

Pros: Loved all of it, the location and the cabin are beautiful and it is so comforting.

Cons: Nothing! Was all great.

Amazing little hot spot! Worth a visit.

Pros: Lodge was fitted with all you need and spacious. Has little added extras too which we didn’t use but is good for young families. Located well for travelling around the area. The area around the lodge is quiet and very relaxed. Sauna was a big hit and needed for that extra level of relaxation after a stressful December. Was a perfect little hideaway for us to all have same family time and a rest.

Cons: Wood for the fire is cut too large and was a bit of a pain to get it going. Wood store outside is not under cover so in winter not great when they are wet so we avoid using. Could do with more pans maybe. This could be my personal preference though not so much a didn’t like.

A Lovely Stay ..........But!!!

Pros: The chalet was excellent in all respects - the actual accommodation and especially the location. The beds were comfortable, lounge area a pleasant place to be with good television. The bathroom, though small, was very clean and with a very good walk-in shower and large touch-illuminated mirror. The kitchen was adequately equipped with modern fittings and dining suite. Most appealing, perhaps, we're the views from the back of the house to a meadow and woodland.

Cons: The day before leaving. we received a message from the owner. This advised us details and location of cleaning products and equipment and instruction to ensure various tasks were carried out. Having paid quite a high mandatory, inclusive cleaning charge, this was totally unacceptable and somewhat an insult. Before prompt departure on October 12th, we ensured the house was left clean and tidy.

Lovely stay at Wnion Lodge

Pros: Great communication from the owner. Lovely kitchen and bathroom and great location.

Would come back and would recommend this for friends.

Pros: All was really clean, and the property was spacious. All equipment needed was found in the kitchen. Great location.

Pros: Location was very nice. Could do with the flags outside being a little more sturdy.

Cons: Need a bigger shopping board couldn’t work the oven

Pros: I loved the dog basket! The shower was great with the control pad. Log burner was lovely and made the room so warm and cosy. The fenced in part of the garden was perfect to let the dog outside but not be able to get out, had a good secure feeling. Over al we liked everything
