Pros: I loved how close it is to the town and station just a 20min walk may take some people more on the sleep road approaching the location

Cons: I didn't like the decking outside the caravan and almost fell over it's not the owners fault as decking is prone to algae and is dangerous and slippery and needs something non slip on it like the steps have

Pros: All was comfortable and clean. I was in contact with our host and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and kind she was.

Pros: Caravan was exceptionally clean. It had more appliances than expected; washing machine & airfryer. Owner of the caravan had great customer service who went out of her way to make our stay an enjoyable one. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Location is good, about a mile away from the Promenade. Lots of space inside and a private parking space right outside.

Pros: Very lovely caravan, great value for money and we really enjoyed the holiday. Very clean and everything you need to cook was in there ready to go.
