We felt like we were staying in a castle…it was a lovely break away x

Pros: The house was spotlessly clean and spacious. I had the best sleep that I’ve had in months as the bed was so comfy. It was a lovely 10 minute walk into town. There was everything you needed inside the property. Rob the owner was lovely…thanks Rob x

Cons: Personally I think the greenery on the property needs a good cutting back, to smarten things up a little. Other than that it’s lovely.

Robert kindly met us at the property when we arrived, my brothers and sisters came together at the property to celebrat

Pros: The property was huge, full of character, clean and tidy and within easy walking distance of Barmouth

Just blindly book . You will not disappointed.

Pros: This place is a gem . Very well maintained and you have everything you need . The house is 5 min drive to the beach . Views are excellent. All out group was extremely happy with the stay . Smooth check in and check out . Owner responds to questions quicky thanks to the owner. Reaching the property: there is a sharp left/right turn depending on which direction you are coming.

Cons: Check in time was little late but later realised the size of the house is so big , it needs lot of effort .

Beautiful and relaxed.

Pros: Absolutely stunning location with ideal spaces for big groups both inside and out. Everything you could think of was provided and all just within a 10 minute walk of the town.

Pros: The house is absolutely beautiful and has a stunning view and within a walking distance to the town centre and all the restaurants and shops. It’s very spacious and clean. We had great time while staying there

Marvellous property in a beautiful location

Pros: Exceptionally well maintained and beautifully furnished, spacious property capable of accommodating a large groups or families. The kitchen is extensively equipped with appliances, utensils, kitchenware and cutlery. There are also facilities to wash and clean clothes. Short walk to great pubs, restaurants and cafes. The surrounding countryside and seafront is superb. The host was really accommodating and friendly. Checking in and out was made really simple. The property even has great water pressure and temperature! Would definitely stay again.
