Excellent property and value for money. Great location for town.

Pros: The house is lovely and extremely clean. We were very impressed and it was good value for money too. It had everything that we needed and had obviously recently been decorated and cleaned to a high standard. Comfy beds and settees. I would thoroughly recommend this property. It was also a good location and we could walk into the town centre in minutes.

Cons: There were a couple of small points which should be easy to fix. We would have liked bedside or above bed lamps for reading. Also the stairs are very steep and dark and as the bathroom is downstairs it meant that anyone getting up in the night had to put on the light. Perhaps a sensor or night light could be put up. These are very small points though. The property was great.

Great little bolt hole close to everything you might need, shame we couldn’t stay a bit longer!

Pros: Really nicely maintained and furnished with everything we needed. Good walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Great location close to centre of Brecon. Very clean and well appointed.

Pros: Comfortable and cosy clean and great staff and close to the town

Cons: No tv in the bedroomand the internet is slow i couldnt watch a movie beacuse it was buffering so often and parking is not ideal as the street os really narrow
