Must Stay

Pros: Josh & Jess accepted our booking at 9pm for us to arrive at 10pm having had to leave another accomodation we had booked that massively let us down, this completely salvaged our time away. The house is immaculate, incredibly well equipped and in a very lovely area. There is quite literally everything you can need in the house. The decor is gorgeous, finished to a very high standard and cosy yet clean. I cannot praise it enough, absolutely stunning property, modern, clean, smells incredible. Linens were high quality, bed was incredibly comfortable, bathroom is beautiful. Water pressure is great, hot water is instant and plentiful. It is evident a lot of time and thought has gone into this property. Perfect distance from Hay-On-Wye, local pubs and scenery are delightful.

Cons: Nothing - Perfect!

Pros: The whole place felt super comfortable and new, the kitchen and bathroom were clean and really nice to use, the beds and sofa were comfy. The whole place was spot on.

Cons: Some light switches on your way in, appeared to not be working properly, but it didn't make any difference to how good the stay was.

Pros: Great little cottage for a cozy Welsh weekend. Very comfy bed, great shower and good kitchen and living facilities.

Great Cosy Cottage

Pros: Very clean, warm and cosy. It has off road parking.

Cons: There were no instructions/ welcome pack to tell us how anything worked. There was a lovely little log burner with logs, but no kindling or fire lighters. Just a token 1 or 2 would be nice.

Pros: Cosy. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Excellent facilities, lovely shower and the bathroom mirror has Bluetooth - loved listening to my music in the shower. Very quiet. Helpful host 👍

Cons: Nothing. Except we couldn’t work out the tv, plenty of stuff to watch, just no terrestrial programs as no aerial (downstairs, think the one upstairs had one though)

Comfy country cottage for two perfect base to explore Brecon national park.

Pros: The cottage was well fitted out including a very comfy bed, good shower relaxing bath good lighting and a great log burner. It was perfect for a weekend away set in stunning countryside within 6 miles of Brecon.

Cons: It was cold on arrival. It didn’t have a hanging rail or any toiletries ( some shower gel ) and strangely couldn’t find a tea towel
