Nice place for some quiet time

Pros: Location was very nice. Rooms were well kept and spacious. Fully working kitchen and amenities.

Cons: Not clear on what is provided for example, no kitchen roll and tissue boxes. Would have been nice to know beforehand what we should bring. Contacting staff was difficult. Trying to create an account with the company through Booking.com does not work as you can't verify the email address. Maybe create a temporary login account for users instead. Was not aware that the hot water was limited. Would be nice to know beforehand in the description. First aid kit needs looking at as no plasters and what looked like blood on current bandage packaging!

An excellent cottage in a very good location.

Pros: The cottage was pretty isolated, being several hundred metres from the nearest property, half a mile from the village, and on a single track road. The cottage was full of character and charm and was well-equipped and comfortable. Some might find the different levels on both the ground and first floors difficult to cope with, but our party were all fit and found this part of the cottage's charm. The location was ideal for exploring Shropshire.

Cons: There was really nothing that we didn't like.
