Wonderful holiday home

Pros: Barn Owls Rest is a wonderful holiday home. It is just as you see in the pictures, but better! We have never been to a better equipped, cleaner or more comfortable holiday rental anywhere. The hosts, Anne and Kev are friendly and welcoming and have thought of and supplied absolutely everything you might need. There was a very generous welcome hamper and a lovely homemade cake, they really have gone above and beyond expectations. The location is handy for Hay on Wye, it's about a 5/10 minute drive - close enough that fish and chips are still hot when you get them home! It's a lovely area with plenty to see and do and the view from the upstairs lounge is fabulous. We would come back here anytime. Thanks Anne and Kev, you do a great job

Brilliant House, Location & Hosts

Pros: Superb property, finished to a great standard in a quiet and tranquil location. Anne and Kevin were great hosts, friendly and welcoming, but not intrusive. A brilliant find!
