Pros: The building and location was brilliant, the Chapel is beautifuly converted and has a relaxed feel about (the kids can play and you don't feel like your on egg shells). Brilliant location with lots of varying walks on the doorstep.
Cons: Toilet roll - there wasn't any. With it being such a rural location getting some meant getting back in the car. Its one of those essentials that we thought would be available.

A fantastic stay in a great property.
Pros: The inside of the property was gorgeous. In a great location.
Cons: The only downside was the lack of outside space.

Fabulous, beautiful property in a picturesque part of Wales
Pros: The space was fantastic, bedrooms beautiful and the games room was a great addition to keep the children entertained. The property has lots of character and the main bathrooms high quality. Plenty of space for two families not to be in top of one another.
Cons: Only minor but if you need access to the internet the WiFi is terrible. Can barely access / send an email and there is no signal at all in the village to make calls or access the internet. If you know where you’re going or what you want to do this won’t be a problem but if you want to search on the internet you can’t. There is also no dishwasher!! When you’re catering for 9 people as we were and in a house that sleeps 12 you would expect a dishwasher as 9 people make a lot of washing up! Kids do come in handy for this though :-)

Overall a great stay, which was to celebrate my Dad's 80th Birthday. There were a few minor issues..
Pros: Location superb, on a quiet road in a beautiful Welsh village, with hills all around you & a good local pub, just a couple of minutes away. Beautiful building, impressively converted & the games room was a real hit with our 4 boys, as was the living area with the adults!
Cons: The kitchen was on the small side, considering the size/type of the property & potential number of guests (max 12). A dishwasher would be a good addition, as well as some more kitchen utensils. A shelf or unit in the shared bathroom would be good, to put washbags etc on, as well as an armchair in each of the double bedrooms, as there is limited hanging space...

Gorgeous Views, comfy beds and beautiful property. Location ideal for walk with pub and cafe next door.
Pros: Beautiful property! Lovely location with lots of walks. Pub and cafe literally next door which were lovely! HUGE Games room with rooms coming off it which was ideal for the teenagers. Beds were comfy, everything you needed in a property with a large family.
Cons: Noise levels. Have to be quiet by 10pm. Which wasn’t a real issue with as we had young children. Would be an issue if you wanted to stay in hot tub and have a chat on a nice evening.
