Pros: a brilliant little place, dreamy location with a picturesque. The bed was so comfy and great to have everything to cook with too. Brilliantly located so close to haye on wye :)

Lovely spot in the country

Pros: The lodge was cosy and well thought out. All you'd need for a short stay, thoughtful with extra heating if needed. Great info from hosts day before.

Cons: Very noisy neighbors having a party with loud music until mid morning. Coffee was stale so couldn't use it. Sink in kitchen would only run cold water.

A great place to stay for exploring the local countryside.

Pros: The Shepherd's hut had all that we expected. Was quite easy to find (there's a bus stop at the entrance). The brook running past the garden was lovely and was quite tranquil (apart from the traffic noise). Excellent location for exploring the area and some lovely footpath walks (a short drive away).

Cons: May be an extra hook or two to hang coats - although we realise that space is limited!
