Serafina Lodge

Pros: Our host Susan was so friendly and helpful. We loved the location of the lodge, it was so warm and cosy for when we arrived and well equipped for our family of 4.

Just a lovely place to stay in and feel warm and welcomed

Pros: Serafina lodge was a lovely surprise. After a long weekend of folk dance and music, the three of us really enjoyed an evening to chill out a little, have a meal and play some tunes which we’d been taught. There was easy parking, with one vehicle under cover and with a charging point. Beds were comfy, kitchen facilities were good, breakfast snacks useful. Warm welcome from Susan as soon as we arrived. Flexible sleeping arrangements with sofa beds available.

Cons: I banged my head loads of times, so be aware of the sloping ceilings. Also the outside balcony - accessed from the main bedroom - was really slippy, so take care. But those are minor points, and we’re planning on booking again for the same time.

A beautiful, homely countryside lodge

Pros: Susan greeted us upon arrival at the property - she was so lovely and friendly! She showed us around the lodge and left us to it. The lodge was beautiful - a true home from home. Susan had put the heating on before we arrived so it was lovely and toasty. The lodge has everything you need - a kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. Then the living room is a good size with a smart tv too. The bed was super comfy and we had a great night sleep, and the shower was also nice and hot. The surrounding area to the lodge was so peaceful and quiet with just birds tweeting, it was the perfect relaxing break away. We really appreciated the little extras too - a great selection of breakfast treats, a full milk in the fridge, and also prosecco and chocolates for Valenties Day. Thank you Susan! 10/10 :)

Fabulous property, location and a great host.

Pros: Small, but perfectly formed. Very comfortable, really well thought out, stylish. Spotlessly clean. Amazing location, incredible views and only an 8 minute drive from Leominster.

Cons: Steps up to the lodge are quite steep. A battery operated touch lamp at the bedside of the sofa bed would be the icing on the cake.

Amazing Accommodation & Amazing Host

Pros: We arrived in the evening, the host heard us and immediately came out to say hello and show us to our accommodation where the keys were already waiting in the door. Susan was so warm and friendly and talked us through everything. She even provided milk and tea bags etc, also a lovely grab and go breakfast box which was super helpful for our early start the next day. We wanted to go for some dinner but taxi's are few and far between, Susan offered to drop us off in town so we could dine and then pick us up when we were done, which was amazing. Its a shame we only had 1 evening and we will def come back at some point. Susan is a fantastic host and genuinely lovely person.
