Simply perfect!
Pros: Andrea made us feel welcome from the start. We got a bit lost on our way to the cottage and she kindly guided us to the property and showed us around. Everything about the cottage is charming, but we especially fell in love with the garden. We will gladly return next time we visit South Wales.

Charming stone cottage in rural setting - perfect 'home from ho'me for a relaxing short break.
Pros: The cosiness and traditonal cottage ambience with it's flagstone floor in kitchen, beams and wooden doors, wood burner / logs in lounge, rural views from all windows, the warmth from the Rayburn, thoughtful touches, rural views from all windows, boot room for muddy footwear and dogs.. and sense of instant relaxation, knowing you have everything you need..
Cons: Pot-holed lane on way down.. car struggled and almost got stuck in water-logged potholes several times.. Not realising how far from shops it is.. It's best to bring all food with you beforehand or eat out a local pubs.. We got some shopping on way and were going to 'pop' back to Builth Wells one evening for fish & chips, but were worried re. possibly getting stuck along that lane after dark..

An absolute gem of a cottage in a stunning, tranquil location!
Pros: What an absolute find! This is a gem of a property, off the beaten track, deep in the Welsh countryside but within easy reach of local amenities. The gorgeous cottage was warm, roomy and incredibly clean! The pictures really donβt do this cottage justice, itβs far larger than we were expecting. Downstairs you have a fab utility space for wet and muddy boots (and dogs), a spacious shower / wet room, lovely kitchen breakfast room with range oven, really comfortable lounge with large TV, freesat, range of DVDs and player etc, then a separate dining room. Upstairs is a really large double bedroom, slightly smaller double bedroom, single bedroom and separate reading room with fantastic views, then outside is a beautiful garden with views of the rolling countryside. The cottage had everything we needed and I only wish we had booked to stay for longer!
Cons: Everything was better than expected, nothing not to like!
