A neat, cosy, clean and welcoming place to be, nestled in the most beautiful landscape.

Pros: The cottage is part of a larger set of dwellings, so I didn't feel like I was contributing to the issue of holiday lets clogging up houses for local buyers. The location is exceptional for hiking and the cottage is very cosy. Everything was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed the records left by the record deck and the great selection of books. The hosts' welcome document was very thorough and informative about the local area. As a novice birder, the bird table was a really nice surprise. I usually stay down in the Mawddach estuary but I'm glad I ventured further north and got to experience this cottage.

Cons: I hadn't realised there is no shower, so if baths are difficult for you, you might want to plan ahead. I think the kitchen would benefit from a microwave if it could be squeezed in. I found parking on the road slightly worrying in case locals were annoyed, but that may just be my own anxiety.

Pros: The location is amazing, and we will be back. It's a lovely cosy cottage straight across from the river. The lovely next-door neighbour offered to show us around his beautiful 6 bedroom home and told us some beautiful places to visit.

Cons: Parking is pretty much non-existent, but we managed.

Pros: Loved the property and location Small and perfect for couples

Cons: Booking for 6 days and they only provided two bath towels with no washing machine, the parking on the rd was difficult too . overall we loved the experience thank you
