Excellent property but availability not always accurate

Pros: Very convenient for the Snowdonia Space Centre and perfect for a small group travelling on business to Llanbedr. We've used this property several times now.

Cons: The availability shown on Booking.com isn't accurate. For our two most recent bookings we were asked by Sykes Cottages to amend our booking dates because the property wasn't available for the full duration of our planned visit. This was after Booking.com had confirmed the booking and taken our money. This resulted in our stay being shortened (not at our request). Sykes Cottages refunded Booking.com the difference in costs, but we are still waiting for Booking.com to pass this refund to us.

Loved our stay, and would come again if we were ever in the area.

Pros: A warm and welcoming property, with all amenities we needed. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our stay. Perfect for 2 couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom.
