Pros: Diligent staff brought peace of mind and yet we had no need to contact them cause there were no problems at all. Very calming area with a stream running under the farm and 2x hare sightings.

Excellent Ever Place to Stay

Pros: The environment location lonely four bedroom set up outdoor barbecue facility with staged back door with table and chairs facility with amazing Mountain View’s are unforgettable The place worth visiting repeatedly for peace and calm seekers also with children plenty of grassy area to play

Beautiful area, house is lovely and excellent value for money.

Pros: The location was incredible. Beautiful views and very peaceful and quiet. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating both inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped .

Cons: I don't like to be negative but the kitchen in particular was not very clean. We ended up buying bleach and cleaning products to clean up both the sink and worktops. Yes there is a dishwasher but you need a clean sink to prep food etc.I would also say some of the kitchen utensils and pots and pans are getting a bit tired now and could do with replacing although were functional. A barbecue is provided but there are no utensils to use which meant we couldn't actually cook on it which is a shame. I appreciate the cottage is old but there were an awful lot of dead flies and cobwebs around the property and the floors were not as clean as could be. There is so much to like about this property just small details and it would be perfect.

Lovely remote getaway

Pros: Amazing location, for our extended family get together, hosts welcoming and made sure we had all we needed. Lovely old farmhouse with all mod cons, and lots of room for everyone. Children loved the games provided. Just to clarify some previous reviews there is a single track tarmac road all the way to the property, and very good instructions how to get there. We had a great time and would love to return.

Pros: Location is incredible, completely secluded farmland witha stream running through it, stunning views. Property has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The sensitive smoke alarms! You just have to be sensible with airing the room after lighting the fire.

A spacious and comfortable stay with lovely views and brilliant hosts.

Pros: The surrounding areas were beautiful and peaceful. The house was very suitable for a group of 8 with lots provided in the house to do in evening.
