Pros: Great location Excellent facility's and amenitys we felt safe and well informed with information folder for fire safety and lots of other information you would need for your stay. Lovely Homely environment and really clean we would really recommend and stay again

Lovely little cottage in Llangollen.

Pros: The location was excellent. Just a short walk down the hill and you're there. Bit of a work out back up the hill but still a great location. Parking to the rear was perfect. The property is well equipped and tastefully dressed. Lovely little house. If you stay here, don't miss a visit to Plas Newydd, a beautiful country house 2 mins further up Hill Street. Really worth seeing.

Little gem of a cottage

Pros: All we could possibly need during our stay was there. Clean, bright and such a good use of space. Additional bonus of wine, milk, tea and cooking oil and spices in the kitchen. So welcoming and well thought out. Excellent location only about 5 minutes from town centre.

Cons: Sykes Cottages management company were unresponsive and difficult to get hold of. Owners were really helpful though.

Pros: Location very handy for town and nearby places of interest. Cottage gave us everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a couple. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Being elderly we found the steep stairs quite difficult, but in fairness, the website did say that they were steep. Quite awkward turning off the road into parking space in front of cottage but no problem once we got the hang of it.

Lovely little place

Pros: This is a wonderful little terraced cottage with facilities spread over three floors. All the things you need are here for a short or long stay. Excellent and modern kitchen. Lovely little living room with a wood burning fire. Location is literally a five minute walk from the centre with all the shops and bars. Would stay again really excellent.

Cons: I can't think of anything really. The free car parking space is around a sharp bend that you need to be careful negotiating but there is literally nothing the property can do about this. And you could always park somewhere else!

Cute cottage for Christmas

Pros: Good location, nicely renovated, good standard of facilities and furniture, parking, recycling facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TVs, comfortable bed.

Cons: It was fine for us but the stairs are narrow and steep so may not suit people with mobility issues. We would also have liked a small freezer just for some ice for the Christmas baileys! The house though is a lovely standard and very comfortable.
