Cosy cottage with views over the Shropshire hills - Pass the Keys

Pleasant, comfortable stay .

Pros: Sunny conservatory. Lovely view from main bedroom window. Wood burner very cosy in wet weather. Good facilities and instructions for their use. In general, cosy and comfortable. The Shropshire manager (Andy) was very helpful and pleasant. Two good pubs serving food in Orleton. Only 15 minute drive to the delights of Ludlow yet in a rural setting.

Cons: Bedrooms too small for bedside tables. Downstairs bathroom not easy for older people at night but it was just at the bottom of the stairs. Appeared to be no heating in the bathroom. Directions to the property not detailed enough. Easy to miss the turn off, Post Office Lane, from the main road to Orleton. It’s after Richards Castle community centre.

Pros: Located in a lovely area of countryside with great walks from the door

Pros: Convenient site. Lovely view, especially from upstairs. Quiet location. Nice conservatory.

Cons: Nothing really. An upstairs loo would make it perfect but I realise it would be almost impossible to do. Challenging in the middle of the night for older guests.

Great little cottage

Pros: Short drive from ludlow, quiet, Felt clean, log burner was lovely, it was nice to sit in conservatory and have breakfast with the doors open and our dog was able to wander around the secure garden, loved the historic old church up the road

Cons: Bathroom tap needs looking at as it swivels when you turn it. 3 seats in lounge and upright chair, so not as cosy for 4 people, a microwave would have been nice , but I suppose that's why the price was competitive.

Lovely but a bit tight for parking but we were warned

Pros: Lovely conservatory, lovely views from the bedrooms, very quiet and peaceful 🤗 Well equipped kitchen, cooker easy to use. Washing machine was helpful.

Cons: The plumbing .. bathroom taps a bit wonky Also the shower was over the bath .. Plants up the path were a little overgrown so when it was wet we got wet! Really lovely hosts.

A short break in a lovely quiet little cottage

Pros: It was in a very quiet location with lovely views at the back over the Shropshire hills

Cons: Nothing. It had everything we needed

Enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was fantastically clean and spacious. Communication very good.

Pros: Nice clean cozy little cottage, good communication, excellent location, could have done with a microwave but a beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay again.

Excellent base for visiting Ludlow

Pros: Lovely Conservatory. Very quiet apart from the nice noises of Owls and Sheep.. Beds really cosy. Try the Squirrel restaurant. Its really good.
