Pros: Good position and easy to find. Great Communications about arrival etc.

Cons: Toad Hall was a little dated and a bit tired. Would have liked a fire and a better cooker. The oven smelt terrible then I found an old sausage inside it that had been left by a previous occupant. The house was quite cold as it was February and even the heating didn’t get the house that warm. The recycling bins could have been easier to use with better labelling. The instructions in the kitchen didn’t match the bins.

Pros: Lovely quaint cottage. Lots of character. Easy to check in and out. The property management team were responsive and helpful.

Cons: The toaster needs replacing.

Pros: Lovely cottage, Location - close to shops and walks, and being able to park outside with organised parking permit.

Cons: Various parts of the property needs updating. Recycled/food bins had not been emptied from previous occupancy. Cleaning company needs to pay attention to detail as we needed to report upstairs toilet seat broken, of which it was promptly fixed following day, cobwebs in railings in the conservatory, crockery not clean properly.

Pros: Great location and very quiet Lovely meals enjoyed on the patio. Short walk to the centre of Ludlow, which is a lovely town. A central spot, yet very quiet. Easy to walk into the forest too, which was nearby.

Cons: as we were 2 couples, it would have been helpful to have had as second bathroom/shower. The 2nd toilet was off there sitting room which wasnt ideal.

Pros: Very well equipped, comfortable beds, short walk into the centre of town.

Cons: No signal for the Television
