Pros: Comfortable, clean, warm and a well stocked kitchen. Fresh milk and cake awaited our arrival. Plenty of towels and bedding. Owners very responsive. Great location.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home with perfect location

Pros: Beautiful property with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect in the small town of Montgomery. Such friendly locals made you feel very welcome. All in all a wonderful stay

Pros: Large rooms all well equipped. Excellent views from rear bedrooms over the village. Kitchen well equipped, dinning room large enough to seat eight in comfort Front room comfy with TV,books and games. All bedrooms large enough and large bathroom. Excellent location to tour the area from.

Cons: On arrival all the rooms had several spiders webs in the beams. The rest of the property was clean and all the kitchen pots,pans and crockery was clean.

Wonderful and hope to stay again

Pros: The view,the garden,it was warm. Good kitchen and bathroom. Master bedroom looked lovely but we used the single beds as the view was terrific

Cons: I always fumble over the black lock box as I am partially sighted. Rug in the tv room creeps up

Lovely location in mid wales. House was comfortable and lovely little garden.

Pros: Lovely location and well equipped. Only thing missing were oven gloves and a potato peeler but everything else was great. Would be nice to have some furniture in the garden to sit out in as the table and chairs were in the courtyard which isn’t as nice and too heavy to move. Lovely welcoming pack when we arrived which included Welsh cakes, Welsh butter and milk.

Pros: We had such a lovely stay at The Ramparts. The cottage was charming and everything was so new and clean. Lots of thoughtful little touches and great communication throughout.

Pros: The house is Beautiful! The owners have thought of everything, from the books, the Games to everything else u need and more for your stay. Location of the house is fantastic with the local shop, tea rooms and chip shop withing walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at The Ramparts and we will definitely be back.

Long weekend for castles and walking

Pros: Great, very quiet location in large cottage on edge of gorgeous little town. Lots of local info provided. Well equipped kitchen, board games and welcome items left like tea, coffee, milk even cake!

Cons: Not much! On-street only parking may be an issue for some people but it is just outside the garden wall and no worries about security for us with our old family car! Front garden not much used as nowhere to sit / privacy but good space for young families.
