Swn Y Don New Quay

Great stay!

Pros: The location of the property is great. Great views from the front windows. Parking in February was nice and easy because there weren't any parking restrictions. Well equip house. Caroline was great and helpful when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Like others have mentioned, the living room does need curtains or blinds, it can be a bit unsettling locking eyes with people as they walk past, especially when relaxing in the evening. Curtains or blinds would also help to keep the downstairs a bit warmer.

Great Spot in New Quay

Pros: Fantastic location and fantastic, responsive host.

Cons: Could do with a deep clean to make it sparkle.

We all enjoyed a great stay at Swn Y Don & would return again.

Pros: Awesome views with dolphins 3 Storeys made the house very spacious Modern bathrooms Fireplace Beach towels

Cons: No curtains / shutters in the front window Parking can be difficult Advise guests to bring their own wood - no matches or firelighters available

Sisters break

Pros: Great location, close to quay, plenty of places to eat. House had beautiful furnishings and was very comfortable. Lovely view from lounge and bedroom windows We enjoyed watching the dolphins.

Cons: Looks like some very small areas had previous leak/ water damage and needed to be repainted. However, the house is lovely

Phenomenal

Pros: This place is a real find. Myself and my husband love a weekend away and this is the best place we have ever stayed! The house is an excellent size, spotlessly clean, in an amazing location, super comfortable and finished to a super high standard. Whoever chose the decor and fittings has impeccable taste and the pictures do not do it justice. We had an amazing weekend for our daughters 16th birthday. It was so good I was seriously tempted to change the locks and claim squatters rights!! Superb- you should be so proud of what you offer, its beautiful and we looking forward to returning.

Cons: If I was being really picky, I would perhaps want curtains or blinds on the lounge window as people kept staring in.

Pros: Lovely house and location. Spacious house with comfortable beds and lovely sofa in the front room . Really well appointed kitchen and is a home from home. Highly recommend

Great house and location - would come back !

Pros: Lovely view of the sea. Very spacious property. Tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Property could probably do with a good deep clean including garden to remove cobwebs etc. too many mats - more of a trip hazard than useful to protect carpets.

Stunning views right on the sea front. Plenty to see and do in and around New Quay. We all enjoyed Age from 1yr to 83!

Pros: View was amazing. Lovely house with everything you need and more. Watching the dolphins from the front window.

Cons: The hill, a killer for anyone disabled, but we were fully aware before booking. Would have been good to know that blue badge holders are allowed to park all day and night opposite the property. After speaking to a traffic warden we found out day three, we had been parking at rock street car park because of the 30 minutes restrictions across the road. Not being able to control the heating ourselves was done remotely after contacting owner.

Fabulous Front Line House

Pros: Everything! If anything the photos don't do the house justice. It's absolutely stunning and everything you could possibly need has been provided. Thank you Caroline!

Cons: Coming home :(
