Enjoyable except for the issues referred to.

Pros: The house is clean spacious and well appointed with wonderful views over the harbour, It's a short if somewhat steep walk into the town and to the beach.

Cons: The back garden is steep and terraced with a lot of steps. It is also very overgrown. Parking anywhere in the road s a lottery as the ''access only' rule is flouted by other people living and working elsewhere in the town.

Great views and really handy location

Pros: The location was great, being close to the beach and shops. Great views of the sea and dolphins. Good sized rooms with plenty of space to move around.

Cons: The fact that the parking available was only the chance of 1 space on the street. A 4 bedroomed property will almost always need 2 cars. The hot water ran out after 2 showers. The Wi fi wasn't very strong and cut out often. The back outdoor space could be greatly improved and kept free of brambles.

Pros: The closeness of the sea and dolphins they could be seen from all the front facing windows plus a lovely walk down to beach and shops near the harbour. And the house was very spacious. We would go back again soon .
