Christmas break

Pros: Very well dressed for the Christmas holidays. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of thought into everything. Games room excellent.

Cons: Booked for 15 people but half were in an annexe so a bit detached. Details a bit misleading about the pool as it appears to be part of the house but it is separate and very expensive.

Pros: We have just had a fantastic annual Christmas family get together at corn house, the converted barns have all the modern amenities but kept their rustic charm. The 2 converted barns we had Corn house and the Annex were perfect for our 3 families, 6 adults plus 4 children, with all the amenities required for preparing meals and drinks for Christmas parties, but it's the extra activities available that really makes the difference, lots of Go Karts, tennis courts, football goals and the little farm and animals and the lovely pool walk. There are also 2 games rooms, with pool table, football table, table tennis and dart board, plus a quaint out of tune piano, so it was great trying to guess what out talented granddaughter was playing. We will be coming back next year, as it was the best yet get together, thanks Sara it was great.

Cons: This is not a complaint for Corn house, as Sara sends out directions to follow to use the best roads to get there, but unfortunately if you use Google on route it will take you down some very dodgy single track roads and, as a city slicker in the dark it was quite daunting.

We had an amazing time and found everything we could possibly need for our weekend getaway!

Pros: This spacious and impeccably clean house features a thoughtfully designed layout that comfortably accommodates large family gatherings. With ample room in the living areas, everyone can enjoy time together while still having space to unwind. The well-equipped game rooms are a highlight, offering a variety of entertainment options such as a pool table, ping pong table, and board games, ensuring a fun and engaging stay for guests of all ages. Whether it’s a lively game night or a cozy movie marathon, this home is the perfect retreat for making cherished memories with family and friends.

Cons: It's not a dislike, but the booking information could be clearer regarding the need to pre-book pool access. Additionally, finding taxis for travel in the surrounding areas can be challenging.

We had a great time, making many happy memories.

Pros: Everything about it, even though the weather was kind to us there would have been plenty to do had it not been. Tennis, GoCarts, an amazing Pool and Gym. Some lovely walks with very little traffic. Optional Spa treatments, which my Wife enjoyed. It was just amazing.

Cons: We can't think of anything which would have improved our experience.
