Pros: Everything. This place is flawless, friendly hosts comfy beds, nice heating, fabulous hot bath. Home from Home. And the hot tube is a amazing bonus!!

Pros: The house is situated in a very beautiful, peaceful, and quiet area. All you need during the visit is there. House is very clean and comfortable. During the stay, you can enjoy the picturesque Welsh countryside and try local food ,which you can buy in the nearby Lampeter, local bakery ,butchers and pubs are 10 of 10

We both agreed that our stay was one of the best for relaxing and chilling out.

Pros: Th location was great, being in the middle of the Welsh hills and only a couple of farms around was very quiet and peacefull, ideal for relaxing. The bedroom we used was big enough with a long bed that was very comfortable. The kitchen was a little small but well presented and well equipped to do most culinary tasks. Having a bath and shower gave us the option of either, which was good too. The hot tub also was really nice to help relax and unwind after a few large walks with our dog. Being very dog friendly and having a largish garden to let him out if needed was a great asset, let alone the massive paddock adjacent would have been handy for more than one dog. Large dining and lounge area was ideal. Would go again to stay with no worries at all.

Cons: The only thing was no dishwasher fitted. With having skin condition that can flare up with strong detergents, it was something we are used to day in, day out we did miss one. However, not having one wasn't enough to complain about it at all.

Pros: Brilliant enclosed garden with absolutely no chance of your dogs escaping! Brilliant views, peaceful stay with a welcome hamper and milk to have a well-earned brew upon arrival! The hot tub was lovely and warm, and It was checked daily and fresh water upon arrival. Comfortable rooms and beds and perfectly located for fantastic walks with the dogs. Mike and Carol are animal lovers, and it was nice chatting with them. The broadband was really good despite being very rural, and the ability to use the apps on the tv to watch an evening movie was great as you can sign in to your netflix or Prime account

Cons: There is nothing to not like. If anything, Mike and Carol should update their photos of the property as the new windows and doors on sage green look amazing, and this cottage is beautiful in real life

Fabulous rural location, comfy beds and lovely hosts

Pros: Hot tub was fabulous and the beds were extremely comfortable

Cons: The kitchen was a little sparsely provided for - could have done with some bigger serving and eating bowls/plates - but I am nit picking!!

Had a lovely few days in a beautiful cottage very refreshing

Pros: The cottage was very clean and comfortable with everything one needed it was in a lovely rural setting quiet and peaceful ideal for a getaway break

Pros: Location, peace and quiet and dog friendly. Great scenery with local walks, and an EV charge point

Relaxing weekend away

Pros: Remoteness. Its tucked away in the middle of nowhere. Hardly any car traffic. Very peaceful and relaxing. Also, loved the hot tub!
