Fabulous place, would recommend!

Pros: The view was unbelievable! The property was lovely and clean, towels provided as well as milk, tea and coffee, and some complimentary waffles. We loved the hot tub, too, looking out into that view. We were left undisturbed for the whole week, which was bliss.

Cons: Nothing! The only thing I can think of to improve is to perhaps provide extra towels that you can use after the hot tub. Also, just to note to the owner/maintenance, when it rained, the door panel without the handle leaked a little bit, which could cause issues over time. It didn't cause us a problem as it was just a few drips coming from underneath the window, and the rain didn't last long, but it does need seeing to.

Great stay in a lovely area

Pros: Views were amazing from Shepherds Hut and the grounds were very well kept. Hot Tub was good. Location was great for visiting the Elan Valley. All the staff on-site were very friendly and helpful (Holidays Wales!)

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about the property. Disappointed with Sykes. After I had booked and paid in full, Sykes emailed asking me to contact them. I tried to phone them on numerous occassions both before & during my holiday but the 'wait time' just kept increasing rather than decreasing!. I emailed them - no reply. I couldn't use live-chat because this was for new bookings only. I eventually spoke to Holidays Wales who are on-site and they very kindly resolved the problem & said that I should be hearing from Sykes. As yet, I've not had any communication from Sykes

Pros: Amazing views. Facilities were great. Lovely and cosy. Hot tub was great!

Absolutely perfect birthday getaway❤️

Pros: The property was beautifully presented; very clean and had all essentials needed. Lovely welcome gifts/essentials. Properly situated in a beautifully kept private garden. Staff were around cutting grass and cleaning the area so ensure it was well presented at all times.. Dog friendly property which made it even more perfect for us and our German Shepherd.

Cons: Absolutely nothing that we didn’t like- was a perfect get away and we will definitely be back!

Pros: It was all beautiful, thank you! We had just about everything we needed.

Cons: Noise from some building work nearby, which we expected as the website warned there may be construction taking place on site, but it didn’t last long at all.
