Town Centre Cottage 3 Bedroom inc Parking (1 car)

A wonderful stay in an authentic historic cottage in the heart of Shrewsbury!

Pros: The property was a gorgeously old authentic cottage situated in a perfect location for the town centre. Parking was a great bonus!

Cons: With an 11 month old baby & a 70+ grandparent the stairs were quite tricky but that’s no reflection on the property as that is what you get with an old cottage! I was worried about the noise from the road but the baby slept through both nights! She obviously loved it as she doesn’t do that at home 😂

Best thing is the location, close to some great pubs & 2 min walk into centre of the town

Pros: Host kept in touch on arrival I left my earrings & the host is kindly posting them back to me

Cons: Single beds upstairs were not very comfortable. Everything else was good.

Only stayed one night but will return

Pros: Location was perfect in that it was close to shops and train station. It had everything we needed. The house was super clean and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was friendly, warm in manner and informative

Pros: Fab town house in ideal location close to town centre. Parking for 1 car too!

Lovely place

Pros: I had a lovely stay,Lee kept me informed about my stay before i got there, it was lovely little place and it felt inviting , Ideal if you were going to the theatre of just visiting the town and close the Quarry.

Lovely cottage in central location

Pros: Location good and central. Quirky wee cottage. Great communication with host. Good to have a parking space. Cozy and warm. Good storage in rooms.

Cons: Some of internal doors tricky to close properly, but understand it’s an older cottage. Could do with instructions on how to work the tvs.

Comfortable house, close to town centre.

Pros: Comfortable bed, plenty of nice big towels. Kitchen was good size with plenty of tea/coffee and milk pods. Nice selection of biscuits. Good shower. House was nice and warm. Convenient to shops, restaurants, pubs and very good bakers next door. Communication with owner very good.

Cons: Was it a bit noisy on Saturday evening, but this didn't affect sleep. Even though the house sleeps 6 comfortably, there isn't enough room to seat 6 in the lounge and the table in kitchen only seats 4.

Pros: The cottage was very clean and comfortable , we had every thing we needed and was in a great location for the river etc

Cons: We struggled with the tv , I phoned the owner for advice but still couldn't find a chanel apart from yutube , we are not the best with gadgets though .
