We had a fantastic weekend in a unique and memorable property. We’d happily return and would recommend it to anyone look

Pros: We recently stayed at The Gentleman’s Quarters near Shrewsbury, it was a wonderful weekend. The property is a wing of a beautiful historic Elizabethan hall, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely privileged to be staying somewhere so full of character and heritage. Despite its impressive size, the building was warm, welcoming, and surprisingly homely. There was plenty of space for our group of twelve friends to relax together, whether chatting over breakfast or unwinding in the evenings in the panelled dining room with a roaring log fire. The setting was equally lovely—peaceful countryside all around, perfect for walks and exploring.

Pros: Plenty space, well sound proofed, loved the dining room

Cons: Needs a beer/wine fridge or two, and decent non stick frying pans with suitable utensils Bath sheets would be great rather than bath towels And more hi ball/gin glasses.
