The cottage stay we didn’t know we needed - beautiful place!

Pros: It was cosy, warm, beautifully decorated and full of little charming nooks to give it even more character.

Cons: You have to go through a really narrow entrance next to a pub to find it.

Our stay was really good. The cottage has a beautiful kitchen and it’s tastefully decorated

Pros: Llanfair Caereinion is a lovely village with a fascinating steam railway run by volunteers

Cons: We felt the entrance to Hassel Square very tight for cars

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to book again very soon.

Pros: The location was perfect, lots of visitor attraction in easy driving distance. The cottage is set in a small town, and had a fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway, small Spar shop and 3 pubs, The Goat serves some fabulous food! Colin was so helpful (he lives next door) and showed us around and pointed out things we needed to know.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Because the location and the cottage was so nice we would definitely book it again.

Pros: The Location was spot on, good amenities in the little town, and great for visiting other places.

Cons: Although the cottage was superb, if you cooked without the windows open the smoke alarm went off. Would definitely benefit from a hob extractor.

Overall pleasant stay however cleaning rules made it hard to enjoy our last day.

Pros: Was very cosy and open. The beds were comfortable.

Cons: The cleaning rules were a little bit excessive. We were unable to have breakfast on our last day as it was 10am check out and we needed to have the dishwasher unpacked before hand. I would suggest to relax the rules around this. ie dishwasher can be put on prior to departure. Have clearer expectations on the instructions for the holiday homes.
