Adequate for us..... .........
Pros: Good location to walk to the beach and nice and quiet. Club on site, fish and chip shop and general store. Kitchen facilities are good and plenty of hot water when required.
Cons: Ariel connection for TV is poor so you have to rely on WiFi for TV, a bit of a faff, especially for elder guests. The main bedroom mattress is awful, sinks in the middle and very poor support. A long walk (400 metres)to the facilities, that was fine for us, but wouldn't suit everyone.

Lovely caravan plenty of space and home comforts will stay again for sure
Pros: The directions to get into the site and find the caravan were good except it was confusing having summit 090 on the caravan as we were looking for 133 which we did eventually end on the post. The caravan was pleasing to the eye and fairly new and inside was clean, today, comfortable and spacious and in a very good location. Seating 8 at the table would have been difficult. It had good food storage and cooking facilities and utensils available. The beds were adequate for our stay. Blankets were supplied for the dog during our stay. There are two small balconies to sit in should Storm Amy have not been present for the duration of our stay lol. Which would have been nice to use. There is a small sea view and plenty of bins around the site.
Cons: There wasnβt a welcome pack for how to use the utilities in the van or for whatβs on site or in area or recommended foods, eat out or takeaways places to try near the site. Nor a guide re club house events or amusements. Also walks locally would have been a bonus too.

We had a great week exploring the area and relaxing in the caravan.
Pros: The location is perfect as a base to visit places of interest in North Wales. Also being so near a dog friendly beach was a bonus.
Cons: Fish and chips shop food on the site was poor and expensive.
