No 31 Promenade APARTMENT by the sea

Perfect location

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located for Aberystwyth beach, pier, restaurants and town centre. It is stylishly decorated and immaculately clean.

We had a brilliant time away in Aberystwyth staying at this wonderful apartment.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location on the seafront and very private. Bed is super comfy! Slept like a baby! A lovely place to spend a few days away!

Cons: There were no instructions on recycling? Mind your head on the protruding bay window above when climbing up the external steps from the property!

Lovely little apartment will book again

Pros: Really cosy and quaint very clean and really welcoming with milk coffee tea hot chocolate etc was a nice touch. Staff responsive to the questions. No problems right in the seafront

Cons: Shower appeared temperamental not sure if it was me or the shower but not a major issue. Parking could be an issue in busier periods.

A great place to stay!

Pros: We’ve stayed here several times and absolutely love each time we stay. It’s always very clean and has lovely little extras such as fresh milk, lovely tea and coffee, dressing gowns and toiletries. Great location and is dog friendly- our little dog loves it too. Great communication from host.

An excellent property with a totally comfy bed.

Pros: Everything, well equipped, decor amazing. Lots of little extras. Milk in the fridge on arrival along with a selection of teas and coffee was a lovely surprise. Beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had while away. Communication with owner was superb too. The flat is far better than the photos show. I had my morning coffee at the top of the stairs to appreciate the view of the seafront.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: The flat has all the facilities I could possibly want, regardless of whether I was cooking for myself or bringing home takeaway. The location is perfect for one who likes to head out and walk until they find something interesting to look at.

Cons: The view leaves a lot to be desired but, for the price, that's to be expected. And the site was honest about this. Could have really used more instructions when I got there, like how to put heating on, or the blinds built into the living room window (which I didn't notice till 11pm).

I would highly recommend this apartment

Pros: The apartment was furnished very well, its very spacious, bed very comfy. We found slippers and dressing gowns all ready for us in the wardrobe, fresh milk in the fridge and it felt like a safe place to be. We had no problem with on street parking on side streets during the day and outside the apartment overnight. Excellent location. We will definitely stay here again

Cons: Leaving! 😅 No day time parking so park around the back road somewhere until 5pm. I really had to think about a negative 😅 Superb booking
