A friendly, homely place, close to beach, shops and restaurants

Pros: A very friendly and homely stay, with easy access to beach. The house is comfortable, interesting/quirky decor, lovely friendly owner and cat! The location is really good, right in village centre, close to fantastic restaurant/cinema Libanus, and several pubs, other cafes or restaurants, and several shops; walking distance from Borth station, and to the grocery shops. You can park on site if you drive. You can speak Welsh if you are able! You can use the host's living room, kitchen and garden, which was great for breakfasts and for drying beach clothes, or just sitting in the evening. The hosts are lovely, very friendly and helpful, also considerate of your personal space too. The cat is a delight.

Cons: Some people may not like sharing the bathroom, or the hosts being in the house, but it wasn't an issue for us.
