Cosy Riverside home

Pros: The lovely couple (owners), the home and location all summarised in one word: EXCELLENT!!!❤️💛💚 I'm definitely returning in the future and also recommending it to others👍🏼😊🫶🫶🫶

Pros: Place was immaculate and so tranquil next to the stream. The bed was so comfy. Only 9 minutes from llandovery on the A40. Unfortunately we were involved in a motorbike accident so my wife and I were a little subdued. Relaxed in the garden drinking rose and chilled chatting about what aches and pains we had. Even though it's on a busy road the place just makes you relax.

Cons: The road may put people off but not us apart from we both crashed our motorcycles on it.

Fine for the night.

Pros: This booking was just a room for the night, Jo was welcoming, the room was clean, the bed comfy, tea coffee and bottled water in room, had a nice shower in the morning and departed, ample parking outside.

Pros: Breakfast n/a . Location good , pleasant house in scenic village next to rambling stream/brook. Good stopover following long drive towards south Wales.

Cons: I guess the shared bathroom. Unfortunately the TV did not work.

Lovely tidy + clean

Pros: Lovely well kept home, friendly hosts, tidy and clean. Good facilities and a great bathroom.

Cons: If I had to change one thing, i would have preferred a bigger bed as we both struggled for room. We did however still manage a good sleep.

First class.

Pros: Jo was exceptionally helpful - even allowing me in early to get changed after a long journey. Very comfortable and Jo contacted me quickly when she realised I'd left an item in my room allowing me to return and get it.

A cosy haven that saved me a very tiring, long drive home in the night after attending an event in the area. Loved it.

Pros: Immaculately clean, up to date, beautiful view of trees and countryside through the window, private and quiet although right next to the main A40, thoughtfully equipped room, good TV and streaming services in room, the bathroom was modern and attractive, hostess Jo was lovely, excellent value for money.

Cons: I couldn’t fault it.

Fabulous nights stay

Pros: Fabulous location, easy to reach. Friendly owners.

Beautifully presented

Pros: Beautifully presented house, room and bathroom. Everything looked spic & span and new. Lovely touches with the decor, furniture and renovation detail. Jo was very friendly and accommodating to our request to check in a little earlier. Easy to locate the address and easy off road parking.

Cons: Hopefully, it is constructive criticism... the duvet, cover and bottom sheet felt cheap. A lovely floaty duvet and cotton linens would match the room's elegance much better.

Excellent as a base for touring on my motorcycle.

Pros: Very friendly hosts and excellent if your on a motorcycle trip.

Cons: No breakfast
