Pros: Incredibly spacious which was perfect for spending the week. Right on the sea front. The view was amazing!!

Under normal circumstances a great place to stay.

Pros: The apartment was modern clean and comfortable with excellent views

Cons: Doors very stiff and main door difficult to open. The common parts were in need of an upgrade. The bike race made getting a car anywhere near the building impossible and the request for advice not answered. Appreciate the owner had no control over the event . However, I would not have booked if I had known there was this issue.

Lovely weekend in a clean nice apartment.

Pros: Lovely stay, it would have been nice to have some milk on arrival in the fridge. Saturday night was extremely noisy on the prom, due to louts, not your fault, but an issue nonetheless for my friend who slept at the front. Very clean and a lovely apartment. I would come again.

Lovely apartment - very comfortable and clean. Great views of the beach, but noisy at night.

Pros: The view from the main room was fantastic, and as the name of the property suggest, you could hear the sound of the sea.

Cons: We had two codes, one on an earlier message and a different one on a later message. A quick call to the host sorted us out. The entrance is narrow and dark. Arriving late, in the cold, with kids, I should have sorted the key before getting everyone (plus bags) out of the car. As well as the sound of the sea, you can also hear the sound of students leaving the nightclub at 3am on a Fri/Sat and hanging around outside for an hour. Not within the hosts control, but very annoying as it woke our children both nights.

Lovely, modern apartment

Pros: Lovely, clean accommodation with a lovely view, our 6 year old son loved sitting in the bay window watching the cars go by! Had everything we needed and more. Would 100% consider another trip to Aberystwyth just to stay here.

Cons: Double bed in main bedroom was very squeaky, did wake me up a few times when moving during the night

Uni friends visit

Pros: Excellent location with great sea view. Apartment was very clean and modern. Good communication from owners about checking in details.

Cons: Was expecting twin beds in 2nd bedroom but was a pull out bed that left no room to move about so not suitable for 2 adults to share. Used sofa bed instead. Found spare duvets and pillows but no covers. Also only enough towels for 2 people but we managed! Wouldn't stop us rebooking though.

A perfect getaway

Pros: Fabulous location, great communication from host, apartment had everything that we needed.

Cons: Thought the second bedroom had two twin beds but only had one. Was not an issue for us as the sofa bed had been made up.
