Would definitely return :)

Pros: Property decorated to a high standard and furnished really well. Lovely views out to the sea front, local to all amenities. Communications with owner were quickly replied to. Very pleased with stay and have booked to stay again in June

Cons: Be aware this is located right next to a night club so it can be lively at night time with students. Did not effect our stay at all, Aber is a university town so this is expected

Pros: Lovely flat , perfectly situated in Aber with the most exquisite panoramic views. Had the most relaxing of stays. A home from home. Very comfortable and everything was spot on.

Great location with beautiful views, nearby parking, and friendly people.

Pros: The property is very well located, with beautiful views that make it ideal for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is peaceful and perfect for unwinding. Having a parking space close by was very convenient, and the people we encountered were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons: Overall, communication with the host was excellent — very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout our stay. However, there were a couple of comfort issues that affected our experience. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the linen provided was not of the best quality and could be improved to enhance guest comfort. With some attention to these details, the stay would be much more enjoyable.
