Pros: Clean, Good location, Good facilities, well presented, comfortable, decent shower.

Cons: Sloped ceilings meant we kept banging our heads.

Pros: We were moved to a different apartment at Grovenor House with better views, just down the road from where we originally booked. Not a problem for us, but if you'd booked this specifically for it being ground floor due to mobility you'd have been disappointed. Stunning views, well equipped, central location. We would 100% return!

Cons: Bedroom curtains are very thin and the bedroom was full of sunshine at 5am in the morning!
