We couldn't have loved it more!

Pros: We had a wonderful short break at Ty Beic, which was absolutely full of colourful charm and simply quite enchanting. It was the perfect cosy place to stay while visiting Bala and later Betws-y-Coed and we loved every second of our visit. It's beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and provided everything we needed - perfect.

Perfect little gem!

Pros: I loved everything about this place! I could see myself living here, it was just perfect! It’s an absolute little gem of a property, with a quaint and homely feel to it. The underfloor heating was the icing on the cake. It exceeded my expectations. It’s in a quiet and peaceful location but within reach of many local places to visit. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Perfect location for exploring Snowdonia in a clean, comfortable and quiet cottage.

Pros: Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Karen was very welcoming and helpful. Very dog friendly with treats, bowls & towels provided. Tea, coffee and milk also provided. Very quiet and peaceful with walks from the door and also off lead in the owners garden. Watched a Nuthatch on the bird feeder outside the cottage. Perfect location for exploring Snowdonia.

Pros: Great design of small space, had everything we needed. Very peaceful spot yet a short distance from Bala. Gerddi Caerau/ Caerau Gardens in walking distance are a gem. Very helpful information on local walks and places to eat. Exceptional thought has been put into the needs of guests.

Perfect place to use as a base to explore North Wales

Pros: Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable the bed I’ve ever slept in at a rental property.

Restorative, peaceful stay

Pros: Absolutely stunning location. Suited us perfectly. Central to a town it is definitely not, but that really is what we were after. Bala is not a long drive/ride, but would be a fair walk. Loads of safe space for the dog to explore. Extra credit for the entertainment options provided.

Excellent place to stay in Snowdonia

Pros: Lovely quiet location, easy to find , close enough to Bala to head into shops , loved the bird feeder outside our window , saw so many birds
