Excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: The property is a wonderful comfortable 2 bed dwelling, ideal for our family break. The interior design creates a unique and cosy environment which makes a trip away even more special.

Cons: The only thing that we found and it’s a personal preference rather than a criticism, is that we enjoy low level lighting to elevate a rooms cosy feel and a standard lamp in the sitting room would be ideal. Gareth was very kind to drop round a lamp and this made the sitting room very comfortable for an evening in front of the wood burner. You won’t be disappointed booking this property.

Pros: The property was beautifully decorated and gave a real sense of comfort and relaxation. The property owner had given thought to what would make a pleasant stay.

Beautiful property in an idyllic area!

Pros: What an amazing property, it was even better than the pictures! The host Gareth could not have done more, and communication was fantastic. The area is so quiet and beautiful, the property is just a dream. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

Beautiful property in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK.

Pros: Stunning property in a beautiful, peaceful village location next to a churchyard. A maze of walks available into the central Beacons from the front door. The owner Gareth was great, had everything ready for our arrival and excellent communications.

Cons: Nothing.

Comfy, modern and spacious, in quiet location.

Pros: Very comfortable, with modern decor and two good size en-suite bedrooms. Excellent shower. Butter and milk in the fridge. Host very communicative and helpful. Quiet location.

Cons: A small noise like a dripping tap (but not actually this) audible at night in master bedroom, likely the plumbing. No other problems whatsoever.

A fabulous base in the Brecon Beacons

Pros: My family and I had the best stay at Old Chapel Llanfrynach. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Gareth the host kept in touch throughout our stay and was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had cosy nights in with the log burner and blankets and enjoyed the gorgeous views from the bedrooms in the morning. It’s in a great location for exploring the nearby mountains and trails. It was easy to park, dog friendly, perfect for our young kids, plus a great price. Highly recommended

Pros: Der Gastgeber hatte uns selbstgebackene Cookies sowie Toastbrot und alles für ein Frühstück bereitgestellt. Haus ist sehr liebevoll und beeindruckend eingerichtet und dekoriert.

Pros: The best Airbnb and host you could wish for. Every detail All care was taken to ensure our stay was wonderful. Coffee for the coffee pot, teas, jams and cooking stores! A loaf of bread, a dish of butter and delicious home made cookies. Bicky’s and coffee were enjoyed on the grass in the gorgeous churchyard next door! The house itself is stunning, very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy and the linens were beautiful! Gareth was a kind and communicative host. I highly recommend this home if you want a haven from your travels.
