Dee's Cottage at Brinsop

Pros: Had excellent breakfast in nearby Woelby at Green Bean.

Cons: All perfect and helpful friendly host

Pros: Stunningly beautiful location. And building, interior and exterior. Nice to have a large garden and lake and animals to see and meet.

Cons: Nothing.

Beautiful idyllic stay in the countryside

Pros: Beautiful cosy cottage as part of a bigger farm complex with other cottages. Very comfortable stay in idyllic surroundings. Hosts were such lovely kind people.

Lovely spacious cottage with wonderful hosts

Pros: The property is beautiful and set next to a little lake. We were there for a wedding which was only 3 minutes away so couldn't have been a better location. The hosts were really lovely and attentive and delivered us some fresh eggs from the chickens for our stay which couldn't have been more perfect. They were incredibly accommodating. The cottage was big and comfortable with space to move around and had everything we needed, including toiletries and towels. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Cons: The kitchen doesn't have simple things like oil for cooking which would have been a great help! The slats in the bed came out while I was sleeping but it was easy to fix and I think it just could have been bad luck.

Lovely cottage in amazing location

Pros: Property was very cosy and comfortable. Well appointed with all our needs including toiletries. Beautiful lake and gardens. Enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens on site.

I will definitely be staying at Dee’s cottage again, highly recommended.

Pros: The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Dee’s cottage overlooked the lake and the extensive gardens, which made my stay that much better. The hosts, Fiona and Pete, are very welcoming and helpful.

Pros: The property and location was absolutely beautiful. Pete was super friendly and helpful. When we were arrived we were greeted and taken on a little tour around the farm, we even got to meet all of the animals and pet the pigs which was an absolute highlight for us. We were made to feel incredibly welcome. Super clean, and had everything we needed. They even gave us some eggs! I can’t even describe how beautiful the area was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

Very comfortable, good location it what appeared to be a pictuesque setting.

Pros: Due to an issue with Dee's Cottage, we actually stayed in the Cider House which we were advised was a superior apartment. The weather was vile and unfortunately we couldn't take much advantage of the very picturesque setting. The accomadation was comfortable, interesting historically & visually.

Cons: It was a cold miserable day and it took a while for the heating to take the chill off the apartment. We might be considered fussy but some aspects needed a makeover and some attention.

Lovely place

Pros: Very quaint cottage. Lovely views and quiet. Lots of thoughtful touches such as games, tea and coffee. Huge bathroom. Very helpful host guided me into the property.

Cons: Quite difficult to find in the dark. Sat nav took me to the neighbours next door. More lights/outside signs and just a little more guidance on the app would easily remedy this.
