Ludlow - Linnet House - Well Presented Townhouse With Parking - Perfect Location For Exploring On Foot

Pros: The house felt like a home from home as soon as we walked in. It was ao comfortable and in a perfect location. Would definitely stay again ❤️

A spacious and comfortable house and well worth a return.

Pros: The location. Good size house. Good size bedrooms Good bathrooms. We'll equipped kitchen. Comfortable seating/lounge area.

Cons: The patio area needs cleaning and updating. The dead Christmas tree in the patio area should have been removed after Christmas! The pot plants need to be watered. The condition of the patio area let's the house down and needs to be seriously addressed!

Great stay in Ludlow

Pros: The house is in a great location, on a very pretty street, close to the town centre and the castle. We were a group of 8 and we found it very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen, living and dining area are lovely, a great space to relax in. We appreciated having an en-suite, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. We were fortunate to be there during the concerts at the castle and we could hear the artists from the garden. The Charlton Arms is close by, a lovely pub by the river.

Cons: The garden area doesn’t match the high standards of the rest of the house. The garden itself needs tidying up and the furniture is old and rusty. There is only one parking space behind the property. It wasn’t clear which was the space for the house as the welcome video wasn’t working.

It would benifi future customers if there was a useful welcome pack with appropriate instructions

Pros: We loved the location, that there was parking, we could sit outside in the sun on the Sunday. The house was well presented and comfortable. Would definitely stay again again . It was in a very good position in Ludlow and would recommend it to others.

Cons: Had to phone rent your home as the to get the key safe number on arrival as the booking in site did not work on the p previous evening. And when we phoned your office. So manual transfer of £250.00 had to be done on the linnet house doorstep then code was given. This was small inconvenience. But the main problem was the heating was not working. This was a major issue it was a cold evening and one of my friends had Parkinson's. We phoned the office but at the time it was closed. Left a message . Which the caretaker did turn up and the heating was sorted. It was obviously the time clock was not working. Also left a contact number if we had further problems. Also explained that the blind in the double bedroom did not close. Their was no instructions for the following: heating, WiFi , emergency contact numbers, rubbish or the oven . The 2nd floor shower room window was clear glass I think this should be frosted. Hopefully this is all positive feedback. The heating problem was the main problem on my special weekend but it was finally sorted.

Pros: Very comfortable beautiful house and excellent location. Very spacious and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Very clean and there was everything that you needed. Would highly recommend staying there.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that we did not like.

Perfect location, quiet enough but in the centre and close to the beautiful river

Pros: Loved the bedroom spaces and the 3 bathrooms. Also the open plan kitchen and big table in the conservatory. A great space for a family!

Cons: Living room is cosy but just not quite big enough if you all wanted to relax and watch TV in the winter. We were out for most of the time as it was the summer so it was fine. But it’s a lovely space!

Wonderful stay in an excellent property.

Pros: Brilliant location. Comfortable, well equipped and characterful house. The dining area in the sun room was wonderful.

Cons: The garden table and chairs were well past their best.

Ludlow break for friends

Pros: Nice house in a good location. The house was modern and well maintained.

Cons: The steep hill was a bit difficult for a couple of people.

Lovely Christmas break for seven of us in the house.

Pros: Very well appointed, furnished and comfortable. Communication was clear and prompt.

Cons: Very little. One unallocated parking spot might be tricky for 8 people but not when we were there.
