Oak House in Mid Wales with Log Burner By Seren Short Stays

As always we love staying at Oak House for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Pros: We have been holidaying here for over 20 years as the owners of Oak House are family members so we normally go to all our favourite places during our stay that we have enjoyed with our children (now Adults!) over these years. Catching up with the Dyfi Osprey Project is always number one on the List!

Cons: As always the weather!

Pros: He house was lovely, kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Nice yard with comfortable garden furniture. Ideal position, walk to town.

Cons: All was fine

Comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: Good facilities with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Very clean.

Have stayed before, would stay again.

Pros: We've staying in the property before and would stay again if we're in the area so enough said other than the fireplace was a useful feature on a horribly wet and cold January weekend

Cons: There were a few more steps ahead of the booking that were a pain such as having to provide photo ID and credit card details to pay for any 'damages'. For GDPR's sake I'd like to think these were deleted afterwards.

It was a great location - perfect for anyone wanting a quiet weekend away,

Pros: Location was very close to the town - 5 minute walk. It was very quiet, very relaxing and parking for 1 car outside the house was great

Cons: Could not find anything to criticise

Cosy

Pros: Great property in a good location and just a short drive to dyfi bike park

Pros: The property was very clean when we arrived, it was so cosy and relaxing. The beds were very comfy! Will definitely go back again!

Cons: Nothing, it was all great!

Pros: location, quiet, clean, well equipped, comfortable beds

We had a lovely stay and will return again.

Pros: The open fire was great. We had use of the garden and parking was directly outside. The location was good as we were visiting family nearby. Beds extremely comfortable.

Cons: No mop or broom available. The garden furniture needed cleaning before we could use it. The front needed attention bush needs cutting back to assist parking.

Great house, very cosy.

Pros: Great location, short walking distance to shops, etc. Accommodation had a cosy homely vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The area was very quiet at night. The heating was on a timer and it was lovely and warm when we got there, which was a nice surprise. TV even had Netflix working, which was a nice bonus after a big day out on the rainy hills. I would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing, really. Parking is a bit tight for bigger vehicles, although we were ok. My friend didn't like that the shower had a curtain, but I was happy as the shower itself worked great. ;-)
