Absolutely incredible we loved

Pros: We had the most incredible stay at no.1 sail house. The owners were brilliant gave instructions where to get keys and lots of information before arrival. We had a message slightly earlier than check in too to say the apartment was ready. The apartment was spotless. Although we ate out it would be great if your there for a few days as the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There was plenty of books, dvd and lots of games and toys for kids. A lovely information book and leaflets. Considering it's right in newquay it's so quiet. We all slept amazing. Comfy bed. The shower is amazing and spacious. The balcony has outstanding views of newquay. It's so relaxing you can sit on the sofa and look at the sea even if it's raining or relax in bed looking at the sea. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be regulars now. Thank you so so much.

Cons: Leaving😢😢 1 night is not enough. Will definitely book longer next time

Fabulous apartment with amazing views

Pros: Fabulous location overlooking the harbour. Very well equipped and maintained apartment. Really comfortable bed. Home from home. Enjoyed the dolphin boat trip. Easy communication with the owners and we loved the PepperPot restaurant recommendation.

Cons: We wished we booked to stay longer and hope to return next time we head down to Pembrokeshire

Pros: Great location. Appreciated a modern kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Quiet inside despite central location. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Towels, although clean and new, were thin. The duvet seemed small for the bed, as did bottom sheet...if larger or fitted it wouldn't have become untucked. And a little thing, but scissors would be useful in the kitchen.

New Quay in Luxurious Style

Pros: A wonderful and well equipped holiday apartment right in the very heart of New Quay. We absolutely adored this apartment for its comfort level, facilities and close proximity to everything New Quay has to offer. We marvelled at how it was quicker to walk from the beach to the apartment for coffee, than it would have been to queue at the beach cafe. We slept soundly in the luxurious beds and utilised the well equipped kitchen. The ever changing coastal views from the windows and in particular the balcony are truly breathtaking. We booked for next year on day 3. Fabulous!

Cons: They would be minor niggles and not worth mentioning. Nothing detracted from a magnificent stay for us.

Pros: The apartment had everything you would ever need,it was ultra clean and cosy.and the views are to die for

Cons: We honestly can't fault it and my wife us very picky. Even the decor is just how she would have i.i know that's a personal thing

Cons: Can’t think of much. Perhaps a few more personal touches, like milk in the fridge etc. Apart from that everything was amazing!!
