Lovely caravan great to deal with but the club needs to take both cash and card

Pros: The property was clean with WiFi including Netflix and prime

Cons: This isn’t the property but the club on site only takes card over the bar but then expect you to pay cash for bingo . Only opinion you should take cash for both.

A great holiday home experience

Pros: We love the property, it was spacious and my kid can running around the caravan. The swimming pools were great. There were youtube and netflix, we enjoyed every night. It was clean and tidy and comfortable like home.

Cons: The first night was my partner’s birthday, i have asked for some decorations when book and the staff have said yes. But nothing when we arrived. There was not instruction for check out and I needed to ask the staff from Vale which is the other holiday home service provider. The hot water supply was not stable, we waited for a long time in the bath tub for it. Luckily it happened on our last day.

Tranquil location and very comfortable accommodation

Pros: Such a lovely spot to stay at! Beautiful scenery excellent facilities and a very comfortable lodge. Very clean accommodation in a peaceful location .

Cons: Nothing everything g was great .

Great caravan

Pros: The caravan was great, super clean, nicely decorated, it had everything we needed. Our host was super helpful and nice.

Cons: Nothing wrong with the caravan. The indoor pool at the camping site was a bit too cold

Good value clean well appointed

Pros: Static was clean comfortable well equipped and the location spot on

Cons: Door lock was a bit fiddly

A great base for a few days away.

Pros: Was comfortable and clean and served our purpose well.

Cons: It would have been useful to have an oven glove at the property. It’s not something I’d think to take with me from home. That and a hand towel for the kitchen were the only things missing in an otherwise perfect little holiday home.

New Year breaks in Newquay

Pros: The caravan was beautiful and clear instructions on how to get into the caravan and lovely touches with towels, tea towels etc shower was great and very hot and powerful.

Cons: The holiday was advertised with indoor pool and facilities, however when we arrived on the 30th December the office was closed for 5 days & the pool/facilities were closed which was disappointing, so it needs to be clear when people are looking for New Year breaks these facilities will or will NOT be opened as this will determine what people book!!

Good for quite break

Pros: Clean caravan, quite location Good communication from vender.

Cons: Unsure about mat in shower

Pros: The caravan was very big and clean,with a lush sea view

Cons: The staff in the club house were very rude,but the food was great on the first night. Second night must have had a different chef and was a waste.
