Memorable and lovely

Pros: Quirky, slightly decaying splendour but also delightful - people running the place are lovely and breakfast was fabulous. Bed was superbly comfortable and shutters meant room stayed wonderfully dark.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Gelly Dylan Thomas Paradise. The place truly lives up to its name — peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time away from everything. The host was warm and welcoming, and the home had such lovely charm. I’d definitely love to come back again!

Hidden house in an amazing setting

Pros: Lovely setting, better than the pictures suggest! It's a really peaceful and tranquil setting with a classic 'old world' feel. We had the living room to ourselves with an open fire and the logs were provided which was great.

SURVEYING A WELSH HILLSIDE FROM A KINGSIZE FOUR POSTER BED WHATS NOT TO LIKE

Pros: CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS OK AND THE WHOLE PLACE HAD A DATED OPULENCE THAT WAS JUST SO RELAXING.NO TV THANK GOODNESS BUT THE WI FI WAS THERE IF NEEDED.

Cons: WOULD NOT WANT TO CHANGE A THING.DID NOT THINK THESE GEMS WERE STILL AROUND

step out of time & place

Pros: The place is like one's personal palace - well, a wing of it. time stood still. the silence and absolute darkness - only birdsong the fantastic views the huge bath tub with SUMA shampoo all those brilliant books the heated bed the bed! lovely comms & welcome Excellent breakfast, only the best - though not for hardened carnivors.

Cons: Only really reachable by car, in particular for those less mobile. This cannot be changed, really.
