Pros: The location was perfect for us to visit family in Borth

Cons: Nothing - the accommodation was fine for our needs

Ideal. We had a lovely short break away. Fresh air and slept really well. Just 10 mins to Aberystwyth.

Pros: Very comfortable and very clean. Ideal location. Easy parking.

Cons: I would have liked more information with regards to meals. I was hoping to have liked cooked breakfast in the morning but this didn’t seem an option and there was no one around to ask.

Great location for visiting Aberystwyth

Pros: Easy check in, check out. Convenient location for Aberystwyth. Spacious room.

Cons: The heating was a little confusing, but staff were readily available to help. No extra blankets.

Very short (overnight) but very pleasurable.

Pros: The room was lovely, bed and bathroom lovely. Everything we needed was there, including plenty of free parking.and a lovely pub nearby for dinner, plus a crafts centre cafe next to that for a cosy breakfast. Views of farm animals and wildlife from our window.

Cons: Nothing really. It felt a little odd not to see a human being at all during our stay due to the check in method, but there were plenty of cars in the carpark. Would definitely recommend as a fairly priced option close to Aberystwyth where some prices were horrendous as it was Freshers week. We were passing through to Portmeirion so not keen on being in the centre.

Quiet and relaxing.

Pros: We were only there one night. Quiet, lots of stars, beautiful setting. Comfortable room and amenities were great. Signage for those of us not familiar with the area was very good. Check in was easy as was check out. Would recommend to family and friends.

Better than expected, super clean and comfortable

Pros: Absolutely fantastic house. The property was super clean, same for the room. We loved the big bathroom, I wish I could take it home with me 😄. We didn't have breakfast, but there is an option of a breakfast basket. There are also spaces to relax and a conservatory dining room. Walking distance to a local pub and a quick 10min drive to a bigger city with all the amenities that you need. It was a flying visit for us, so cannot comment on any nearby attractions or places to see as we did not explore. Honestly, couldn't fault the stay.

Cons: The only minor bit - there is a train track that goes very near the property, but this is not very noticeable. The trains are very very rare and do not run overnight. I think we heard two during the whole stay.

Comfortable stay in a pleasant area.

Pros: Very comfortable accommodation with walking access to a craft centre/tea room and a local pub. Within easy reach of Aberystwyth and for us, the ferry terminal at Fishguard. The owner was very helpful.

Definitely value for money, I would definitely go there again if passing.

Pros: There was the opportunity to book breakfast in advance, and it was left in the fridge. It was fantastic, with fruit, pastries, and yoghurt—certainly value for money. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Because it is just before the busy season the lounge was open, which was a shame, but understandable.

Self catering not for me.

Pros: High standard of accomodation and comfort. Rural views with red kite . Easy access to Aber , Ynys hir and Osprey centre.

Cons: Having nobody to greet and guide. Having no kitchen. Not having biscuits replaced or bins emptied. No bus or rail info in the otherwise comprehensive manual.

Perfect for a one night stay in a quiet location close to Aberystwyth.

Pros: Lovely quiet location with local pub within walking distance serving nice pub meals. The jet style bath was a hit with my 17 year old! Lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The back of the property could do with a spruce up. The main door was open when we got there at 7pm. I locked it as it has a keypad system. I would prefer this to be locked at all times as the property has no reception or staff.
